meet: Trenton, N.J. and Newark, N.J.
3rd, Concord, N.C., begins Nov. 20 to 24. Points required to meet:
Charlotte, N.C., Roan County and Statesville.
4th begins in Marianna, Fla., Nov. 27 to Dec. 1., Points required to
meet are: Sneads, Quincy, Panama City, Pensacola, DeFuniak Springs,
Crest View, Red Bay and Port St. Joe.
