Land for Sale 4120 Acres One of Florida's Most Fertile, Picturesque and Desirable Plantations Located 12 miles south of Monticello, county seat of Jefferson, County. Within close proximity of the three inland towns of Waukeenah, Lamont and Wacissa; eighteen miles from Gulf of Mexico. Railroad transportation within one and one-half mile of southern boundary. Spur from this road can be built into property. A. C. L. Railway, West Coast extension survey two and one-half miles from northeast corner of property. About 1,500 acres ready for cultivation, part of which is now cultivated by tenants. About 300 acres in lake, abounding in fish and wild duck. 75 to 100 acres in creek that will furnish ample water power for all plantation purposes. This creek has been previously utilized for this purpose. Balance of acreage in cut-over woodland, such as oak, pine and hickory, ideally adapted to the raising of cattle and hogs.
