One reel to reel recording. Boltin served as emcee. Opening performances of the festival. The Bucksnort Band consisted of Lloyd Baldwin (fiddle); Gail Rogers (banjo); Dwight Rogers (fiddle); Dwight Devane (fiddle). Carter was director of Sunland Training Center in Tallahassee. The Wasels ran the International Folk Arts Program in St. Petersburg. The Drava Ensemble were from Florida State University. Moore was from Fernandina.
