One compact disc. Pfister and mcKenzie served as emcees. Based out of Portland, Oregon, Anger is a violinist who plays jazz, classic, old time, and bluegrass. He began with the David Grisman Quintet and later formed the Turtle Island Quartet in San Francisco.
