Description
One compact disc. Martin served as emcee. Red Henry was a bluegrass mandolin player from North Florida. After a stint in the Air Force, performed with his wife Murphy (Hicks) Henry as Red & Murph, and played several Florida Folk Festivals and in the Gainesville area. In the 1990s, they relocated to Tennessee, and by the late 1990s Red was performing with his son Chris, also a mandolin player. Here Red played mandolin while Chris played guitar. They backed-up by John Hitchcock on banjo.
