Sports announcer Pat Summerall narrates this marketing film on Amelia Island Plantation, "where nature mixes with golf, swimming pools and frozen piña coladas - all the things that make civilization worthwhile." All the natural and man-made amenities of the island are featured, including its many recreational benefits, the Amelia Island Conference center and its official role as home of the Women's Tennis Association Championships. Professional tennis players John Lloyd and Chris Evert-Lloyd cameo with a testimonial spot.
