Viewers also see gladiolus farms, residences in Palatka, a utility plant, the Hudson Pulp and Paper Corp., and furniture manufacturing. The film shows schools, public facilities and President Lyndon B. Johnson at the ground breaking of the Cross Florida Barge Canal. There are good shots of a huge "walking" drag line. Produced by Guided Tours; sponsored by Putnam County Board of County Commissioners.
