				This film features interviews with two residents of the Lake Jackson area of Tallahassee. The first resident expresses concern for the welfare of wildlife in the area. He complains that a local watershed is dumping silt into the water that makes it unsuitable for a fish or animal habitat. He closes his interview with cautionary comments, warning that lessons can be learned from similar situations with water bodies in southern Florida. Next, Dave "Red" Smith talks about his lifelong relationship with Lake Jackson. The segment ends with silent footage of boaters, developments and businesses in the Lake Jackson area.
