This film shows the oath of office ceremony for Lt. Gov. Ray C. Osborne in the Florida Senate. Lt. Gov. Osborne was the first official appointed to the position of lieutenant governor following the restoration of the office in the revision of the state constitution in 1968. Lt. Gov.
