The location for this film is Kelly campaign headquarters. Sen. Kelly throws his support to Robert King High. High makes a speech of gratitude to Kelly. Another man speaks supporting High, followed by various crowd shots and lots of hand shaking. Next, High makes statements regarding an investigation he wants conducted on illegal government spending.
