Dearest Pat and Priscilla,
What's wrong no letters this week? You know I am in jail tonight along with you, your letters are my only consolation. They give me courage to carry on. What is happening? I talked with Bobby's parents last night, but they seemed afraid to talk, so I [illegible, torn] them.
I am trying to get off Sat. night. I wish I could afford to fly, I would let Bobby drive my car up there, but there you go again. No money to help. Marion is flying to Pittsburgh for Easter to be with his family, so it will just be Walter and I, that is if we can make it. I have to get his glasses out, otherwise he can't drive a block. I will be [too] tired Sat. night when I get off to
