III. Turn your name into either the local chapter of the NAACP, Inter-Civic Council, or CORE if you are interested in employment in the following areas of employment. (There are presently bars against Negroes in Tallahassee being employed in these areas.)
A. Fire Department
B. Police Department
C. Clerical positions with the city
IV. Canvass your block for information regarding persons who
(1) Desire that their children attend integrated schools--grammar, high school, or college.
(2) Desire to teach integrated classes in public schools.
V. Canvass your block and your family to make sure everyone
(A) Joins the NAACP 
(B) Qualifies to vote before April 2, 1960
VI. Avoid buying in downtown stores–except when absolutely necessary.
