Letter from B.D. Bennett of Miami to Governor Farris Bryant complaining about the number of Cuban refugees in Miami. Bennett suggests they are taking up jobs that would otherwise go to American citizens, and asserts that other cities ought to do more to help the refugees so the burden will not fall only on Miami.
