Spellerberg discusses how she started the Federation of Women for Responsible Legislation; her views on the ERA; her opposition to state and federal funding potentially being used by pro-ERA organizations; the underrepresentation of women serving on the Commission on the Status of Women who oppose the ERA; and answers questions from reporters.
