The Billy Webb Elks Lodge 1050 was part of the Improved Benevolent Protective Order of Elks of the World (IBPOEW), an African American fraternal organization. According to an application to the National Register of Historic Places, the Billy Webb Elks Lodge 1050 has been housed at 6 North Tillamook Street in Portland, Oregon, since 1959. The Lodge was added to the Register in July 2020.
