Biographical Note
Frye was the Capitol Bureau Chief for the United Press International from 1944-1982. She reported on Florida politics under 11 governors. She was known for accuracy and fairness and is credited with changing the direction of Florida government through her carefully researched writing. Born in Lancaster, PA she earned a journalism degree at the University of Georgia. 1984 Women's Hall of Fame recipient.
From 1963 to 1992, photographer Donn Dughi worked for a number of media outlets in Tallahassee, including WCTV, the United Press International (UPI), and the Associated Press. From 1992 until his retirement in 2001, Dughi was a photographer for the Florida House of Representatives.
