He served twice as Governor. First as the 13th Governor from January 4, 1881-January 6, 1885 and then as the 17th Governor from January 5, 1897 until January 8, 1901. Shown here is Bloxham lying in state in the cabinet room of the Governor's suite in the capitol. He died on March 15, 1911.
