Did I write you of a Mrs. O. {???] Jinn [?] of Jacksonville, Fla. who wrote asking me to interest myself in getting a Woman’s Exchange started in that place? I wrote to Mrs. Alex. Whitehall, who, you know, has a winter residence near that place. Mrs. W. responded very amiably. Can’t you do something to help such an enterprise? I wish that I could write longer on this theme, but my hand is weak today, and I feel in a “gone to pieces” condition, for me a very unnatural state.
