Florida Governor Bob Graham on his first full day as Florida's Governor walked to work. Graham paused during a brisk walk, with temperatures in the 20's, and talks with a City of Tallahassee garbage collector 2 blocks from the capitol. Graham worked one of his famous "work days" as a garbage collector, chatted with the collector and sympathized with his job duties on such a cold morning.
