ANNOUNCEMENT WILL POSITIVELY REMAIN OPEN UNTIL MAY 1, 1913 WE BEG to announce to our friends and former patrons that we will open the HOTEL MAGNOLIA for the coming season on January 1st. Returning guests wil find the house much improved in the way of RE-DECROATION, NEW FURNISHINGS, ETC., with a special view toward their comfort, convenience and pleasure. Three years ago we installed in the hotel a steam heating plant of the latest improved style. Halls, public rooms and all bedrooms furnished with radiators, insuring perfect comfort during cold weather. The large addition constructed three years ago adds fifty more beautiful sleeping apartments, most of them with southern exposure and connected with latest improved private baths. Last year's improvements consisted in the addition of twenty five well situated single rooms, a number of them connected with private baths, also the installation of electricity throughout the entire hotel. A large apartment on the parlor floor has been transformed into a music room with the best of hardwood floors where those who enjoy music and dacing can have that pleasure. A first class orchestra has been engaged for the season, playing twice daily. The beautiful and extensive grounds surrounding the hotel have been more attractive thane very by putting out of a large number of tall, graceful plams, tropical plants, flowers, etc. An amount equal to $50,000 has been expended on the house during the past three years, raising the standard of same to equal that of any hotel on the East Coast. The excellence of the table will be maintained as in the past. We feel confident that we are not in a position to guarantee perfect satisfaction to all who favor us with their patronage. HOTEL MAGNOLIA
Is most pleasantly and centrally located on St. George street, opposite the new City hall, but one short block from the Post Office, the Plaza, and the Ponce de Leon. The extensive grounds, surrounding the entire house, with their growth of tropical verdure and evergreen lawns, together with their broad piazzas and balconies, make this hotel a favorite for all seeking rest and pleasure. The new private drive which is a continuation of the asphalt avenue leading from the depot, approaches the house from the west, shortening the distance from the hotel considerably, also making two entrances to the house.

THE APPOINTMENTS
Are all that could be desired, offering the comforts of a home with all the accomodations, elegance and case of modern hotel life superadded. The rooms are arranged singly or en suite, as required, with or without private bath. they are light, airy and cheerful, a great number of them overlooking the Bay and Ocean.
THE HOUSE
Is in a thoroughly sanitary condition, lighted throughout with electricity and steam heated; supplied with electric bells, hydraulic elevator, public baths and toilet on each floor.
THE NEW ADDITIONS
Consisting of fifty new guests' rooms, dining room extension and entire new kitchen building, give the hotel now a capacity for accomodating three hundred guests, with facilities for promot and efficient service in each and every department.

With improved appliances, will enable us to do our guests' laundering in a most satisfactory manner.
A FIRST-CLASS ORCHESTRA
Has been engaged for the season and will furnish music twice daily.
During the coming tourists' season the properietors will leave nothing undone that might contribute to the comfort and enjoyment of their guests. Their ability to supply the tables in a satisfactor manner is well attested by their former patrons, both North and South. Rates $2.50 to $4.00 per day; special weekly and monthly.

The St. Sebastian, Matanzas and North Rivers abound with please craft of every description, affording those who enjoy sailt air, also rod and reel enthusiasts, every advantage for a day's enjoyment on the river.

As usual will be one of the features this year; two first class courses near the hotel bring a special attraction to lovers of the game.
TENNIS
Devotees of this fascinating game will have the opportunity of enjoying playing on the best of courts.
RIDING HORSES
Lovers of this exhilerating exercise will find every facility to enjoy same, as we have one of the best equipped stables in the South.
DRIVING AND AUTOMOBILING
Excellent roads with beautiful scenery and the hard, level beach, make these two forms of amusement particularly enjoyable.
