CHANGE IN POLK COUNTY BOUNDS, Dec. 10, 1886.

Define Boundary of Polk (App. Dec. 10, 1886)
Be it - - - that the Western Boundary line of Polk county shall be so altered as to leave (1/4) quarter section of land on which in the present residence of John B. Raulerson in Hillsboro County. All other laws repealed.

DEFINE POLK COUNTY BOUNDARIES (App. June 10, 1891)
Sec. 1. The county of Polk shall be and is hereby marked and bounded as follows: Commencing at the point where the range line that divides ranges twenty-two and twenty-three strikes the line that divides township thirty-two and thirty-three; Thence east along said line to where it strikes the Kissimmee river. Thence up said river, along the western bank to Lake Kissimmee. Thence meandering the southern and western bank of said lake to Lake Cypress, and meandering said Lake Cypress to the township line dividing townships twenty-seven and twenty-eight. Thence west along said line to the range line dividing ranges twenty-eight and twenty-nine. Thence in a direct line to a point where the range line dividing ranges twenty-seven and twenty-eight intersects the line dividing townships twenty-five and twenty-six. Thence west along said township line to the point where the line dividing ranges twenty-six and twenty-seven intersects the line dividing townships twenty-five and twenty-six. Thence north along the range line to the line dividing townships twenty-four and twenty-five. Thence west to section line dividing sections thirty-four and thirty-five. - [sic] township twenty-four, range twenty-five. Thence north on said section line to the line dividing sections twenty-seven and thirty-four, same township and range. Thence west to range line dividing ranges twenty-four and twenty-five. Thence west along the line dividing said townships twenty-five and twenty-six to section line dividing sections three and four in township twenty-six, range twenty-two. Thence south on said section line to the corner of sections thirty-three and thirty-four on township line dividing townships twenty-six and twenty-seven, range twenty-two. Thence east along said township line to range line dividing ranges twenty-two and twenty-three. Thence south to the point of beginning.
Sec. 2. All other laws repealed.
