FLORIDA'S DRY SEASON
Added, for the Sick, a Resident in Dr. Bohannon's Hospital and Sanitarium.
Realizing keenly the need of a place in Florida for the sick, Dr. C. C. Bohannon some years ago established this hospital and sanitarium, selecting for its location ofe of the prettiest and msot quiet avenues. There are twenty-six airy rooms with white furnishings, colonial verandas and a shady lawn completing a most attractive place. A heating plant for the occasional chilly morning, and electric lights and call bells in every room. Electric treatment, baths and massage are added features for the comfort and well-being of the patients. A house physician is always in attendance.

DAYTONA.
A city set in the midst of live oaks, palmetto palms, magnolias, and pines. The entire city is a great natural park, stretching along the picturesque Halifax River for three miles. Daytona is not so far south as to be enervating in the winter nor is it so far north as to be damp and chilly. The great number of cloudless days is truly wonderful and it might well be called nature's sanitarium. Three bridges connect with the most beautiful and of all ebaches- the famous Ormond-Daytona automobile course. The roadways are so good that they attract automobilists from everywhere. Daytona is about seventey miles south of St. Augustine and one mile from the Atlantic Ocean. It is a most fascinating place and is visited yearly by thousands.

THE OBEJCTS OF THE HOSPITAL AND SANITARIUM.
Places IN FLORIDA for the sick are few, perhaps this is because Florida is healthful and has one of the lowest death rates of any state in the union. People do become ill, however, in Florida, as with the rest of the world, and during the winter months many people who are not strong come from the other states. In consequence we have provided A PLACE FOR THE SICK.
Physicians may bring their cases here entirely under their own care or put them under ours. The wishes of the home physician are religiously observed.
The Hospital and Sanitarium is run on broad lines and is open to all patients not suffering from objectionable or contagious diseases.
Our objects are to give treatment that may be required, and to follow up that treatment; to give sugical aid when necessary and proper care thereafter; to give laboratory examinations when indicated and to instruct patients regarding their diet and lives after leaving the institution. WE HAVE NO FADS.

ESPECIALLY ADAPTED.
Physicians and the public everywhere are invited to place our climate and this institution at their disposal. Every physician has patients who should spend their winters in Florida in charge of competent physicians. Nearly every family has some member who should spend several months each year in Florida. Correspeondence is solicited regarding these cases, and the large class of aged people who exist only indoors in the North during the winter months, there trying to avoid la grippe, bronchitis, asthma, and rheumatic diseases, etc. We particularly recommend our institution for the comforts and quiet of home, which can not be obtained admist the distraction of hotel life. The added supervision of the case by competent physicians and daily care given are indispensable.
