Dear Mrs. Benda:

The Division of Radio and Television has completed the production of the series, "TV and the Classroom Teacher," with the exception of the final evaluation and review. To complete the process we are assembling a committee of educators, administrators, and television personnel to review the course and evaluate it. This evaluating committee will meet at the studios of WEDU, 908 South 20th Street, Tampa, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Friday, October 30. We should complete our evaluative process by 5:00 p.m. Friday.

We would like to invite you to become a member of this committee. We would appreciate hearing from you as soon as is convenient whether or not you can join us.

If you can join us, we will pay your travel and per diem. If you plan to travel by common carrier, please let us know so that we can send you a TR form to buy your ticket. This is a state requirement. Thank you.

Through a misunderstanding, the evaluation committee was scheduled
to meet at the studios of WEDU in Tampa.

Instead the committee will meet at the studios of WUFT, Gainesville.
The committee will meet in Room 313, Stadium, (Conference Room)
at 9:00 a. m. on Friday, October 30.
