Itinerary
Leaving the City Yacht Basin, we enter beautiful Bay Biscayne. Cruising south along the shore of Bayfront Park, we view the Rock Gardens, Miami's magnificent skline, the Royal Palm Club, and Bayfront Park, 62 acres of exotic beauty (new made land) converted into one of our many playspots. Here the Bandshell is located, amid hundreds of palms and tropical plants, which can be fully appreciated when seen from offshore.

Leaving Bay Biscayne, we enter and wend our way up the peaceful Miami River.
As we continue up the Miami River we pass and view palatial yachts and houseboats lining the shores, though Miami's civic center and city proper. Mammoth cranes and bridges can be seen in operation. We pass and view Brickell Estates, Fort Dallas Park, principal buildings, hotels, apartments, Dade County Court House, City Hall, Municipal and Fish markets, shipyards, drydocks, boat liveries, industries, old Fort Dallas, etc.

Here we view the original for of historic fame, a landmark of Miami. Built in 1836 by the U.S. Government. A few of the many beauty spots we pass are the Sewell and Lawrence estates, Seybold home and Canal, Lawrence Park, Riverside residential section, Masonic Scottish Rite Temple, Miami Country Club and Golf Course, City Parks, etc.
Passing through Allapattah, our trip now takes us up the north fork of the Miami River, a few miles out of the large and pulsing city, to Musa Isle. The "Seminole Queen" is the only boat stopping at this point. We dock, alight and relax, and are conducted through by the guide. Here we visit the Indian Curio Shop, Alligator Farm, Museum, Exotic Gardens, etc.

We visit the Musa Isle Exotic Gardens. Here we see many varieties of tropical shrubs and palms. In addition to these palms, nature has bestowed upon this section a wealth of floral diversity beyond comparison. We linger at the fish pond and bird sanctuary; it is at this point that you begin to feel the lure of the tropics.
This spot is known as the paradise of Miami, where beauty reigns supreme. Here, amidst a tropical setting, the guide explains the surrounding landscape. In addition to the guide fully describing each and every point of interest on the entire trip, a comprehensive lecture is given pertaining to botany and the Magic City in general.

Here you see the silent Seminoles in their colorful costumes, living as they have for hundreds of years in the Everglades. Their methods and habits are so distinctly different from other American tribes that they must each prove intensely interesting. We watch them at play and at work, weaving and designing beadwork. At times the Indians go through some of their weird rites for the visitors or play native games. One need not stretch his imagination too intensely to go back into the years with these people when their rites and games were for natives alone, long before white people ever knew of America's existence. Here the guide will give a very interesting and education lecture regarding the life and history of the Seminoles.
ALLIGATOR Farm
The guide next conducts us through the Alligator Farm and Zoo. Here they have in captivity several hundred alligators, largest collection of crocodiles in the U.S., tropical birds, monkeys, reptiles, wishing well, etc. This unique zoo is maintained by the Seminole Indians. The A.G.H. Lines have arranged with the management for an exhibition upon arrival, which will include capturing and wrestling live alligators. This is exciting and no doubt dangerous to the Indians, as the thrashing tail, scratching claws and snapping jaws get to work. This thriller is an added attraction for our patrons and one of the most interesting features of this great cruise.

Leaving Musa Isle, we view the State Drainage Canal, one of the five great waterways that drain the Everglades. We then return to our starting point.
In addition to a descriptive lecture pertaining to all points of interest, you are entertained with a MUSICAL PROGRAM.
