Dear Mr. Brown:
This is to confirm my engagement to be with you and the CORE group in Tallahassee next week. I will arrive Tuesday, February 2, at 12:37 P.M., by Greyhound bus. I would like to meet with the entire group and any committees the group may have. If possible, try and get a place for me to stay while I am in Tallahassee. [If] someone could meet me at the bus station, that would be great.
