Dear Miss Stephens:
This is to confirm Jim McCain's impending visit to Tallahassee, February 1st to February 7th. We know this is not the best possible date, but do hope that you will be to make good use of his time. Perhaps you might like to schedule a meeting of Jim with your executive committee and another meeting with your entire membership. It may also be possible for him to speak at a public meeting either at the University or in the community at large.
He may also be able to assist you in some of your projects as well. We are very pleased that you have worked on so many projects in a relatively short time and do hope that you will continue to be active and effective.
Since we have already imposed so much on Reverend Steele for housing, would it be possible for you to arrange for housing for Jim in some other location? I know that you shall do your best.
