Dear Miss Patricia

I have just written your sister but I want to convey to you also my love + best wishes during this difficult time.

I can't begin to tell you how ashamed I am a member of a race that can balance [sic] in such a beastly fashion.

I can do little besides write illegible notes as I have 4 small children of my own to cope with but my heart goes out to you

Dear Miss Patricia

I have just written your sister but I want to convey to you also my love + best wishes during this difficult time.
