Description
Correspondence between Congresswoman Ruth Bryan Owen and Florida Governor David Sholtz regarding Everglades National Park. Owen writes that the Everglades Park bill passed the Public Lands Committee in the U.S. House of Representatives with the help of Congressman Scott Leavitt of Montana. Owen asks the governor to send Leavitt a message of thanks. Governor Sholtz replies that he will write the letter to Leavitt and thanks Owen for all the work she has done.
