Report of the activities of the Leon County Works Progress Administration (WPA) Educational Project, written by County Supervisor Bessie Wells. Wells explains that funding for educational programming for African Americans had been curtailed and several members of the project's staff had been terminated. Other issues include canning tutorials, vocational training, a literacy school, a sewing room, nursery schools, etc.
