Mr. Terry C. Rogers, Director, Division of Mental Health, in which you call to his attention the discussion in the Cabinet Meeting on Tuesday when the Governor suggested that the State Institutions should make use of some of the Cuban doctors who are taking refuge in Florida, when they are found qualified. I was present at this meeting and am certainly interested in using any of these people that we might be able to use advantageously. I will try to check with others later but if you happen to have information on who I might contact to find out if there is a qualified psychiatrist available who has command of the English language, I would appreciate your passing this information on to me. With best personal regards, I am Sincerely, Arthur G. Dozier Director AGD:eam CC: Mr. William M. Sult, Superintendent, FSB at Okeechobee Mrs. Alyce D. McPherson, Superintendent, FSG Mr. R.C.
