Cuban-American League for Freedom
Box 50-388
Miami, Florida
Dear Mr. Solar:
Governor Bryant has asked that I extend to you his appreciation for the kind letter of December 30, in response to his request which followed your earlier letter to him.
Governor Bryant is indeed interested in all matters which affect the relationship of our nation, and particularly our state, with our neighbors and many good friends in Cuba. Although by virtue of his position he is unable to participate in the organization which is taking a direct part in these affairs, he will be delighted to receive a copy of “Cuban Newsweek '' and be pleased to review the material which it contains.
The Governor appreciates your good wishes and your friendship.
Sincerely,
John E. Evans
