State of Florida Jefferson County This agreement made and entered into this January 1st, 1867, between Caroline Barington of the first part, & Miles Frasier of the second part. I, Caroline Barington of the first part do rent my land to Miles Frasier of the second part for one-fourth of all the [cotton] & one-third of all the corn that is made on the place, with the exceptions of a small [piece] of new ground which he has all he can make for [clearing] & fencing it. The said Miles Frasier is to have fifty cents (per hundred) for all the [rails] he splits & puts up except those put up around the new ground. The said Miles Frasier of the second part agrees to cultivate all the land put in cultivation well & [gather?] and take good care of all the crop.
