State of Florida Jefferson County This agreement made and entered into between Robert R. Kincheon [sic] party of the first part, and Louiza Ellis, party of the second part, all of the state and county aforesaid, witnesseth: That for and in consideration of the sum of six dollars per month and rations, the said party of the second party [sic] hath hired herself to the party of the first part as a laborer, to perform all and any such work as may be required, and to the best of her knowledge, skill and ability, comply with all orders given by the part of the first party, his wife or agent.
