things whatsoever belonging to the said W.J. Woods. We also agree for one or more of us to remain at home on Sunday to attend to stock and weight about the hous and to pay for lost time according to our potion of the crop at the rait of one dollar a day without we set the consent of the employer, said money to be divided in the same percentage as the crops. We awlso agree to take good cear of awl of the stock and other property of the said W.J. Woods and if injured by us or destroyed to pay for the property so destroyed. Each one who have children are to control them properly and we awlso agree and bind ourselves should any one or more of us fail to comply with this agreement or shal quit said services before the Twenty-Fifth day of December next we forfeit our wages. The said W.J. Woods for and in consideration of our true and faithfully performance of awl and singular the before mentioned stipulations agree to pay the said laborers one third part of the crop maid and gathered by them by the Twenty Fifth day of December next. The said employer to furnish land & team, twols for making the crop and awlso furnish three and a half ponds of bacon a weak to each hand awlso one peck of meal to each hand. We the laborers do agree to repear awlso of the fencing and we awlso wead the fence in and out. All differences arising from this contract not mutually settled are to be submitted to a Board of Arbitration composed of two reliable citizens, one selected by each and the agent of the B.R.F. & A.L. whose decision shall be William J.
