Some advice from Jack and Jill of Happyland Hill

Teeth that are healthy and strong
help keep us well our whole life long.

Eat all the proper foods, too
This is what we all must do

At least twice a day
brush your teeth this way

Brush your upper teeth down
Brush your lower teeth up
Brush them on the outside
Brush them on the inside
Clean your tongue and mouth all around

Drinking milk and eating the foods shown here
Help build strong teeth and keep you well all year

Twice a year, or sometimes more
(This you've surely heard before)
And now again we must insist
Visit your friend, the good dentist

The dentist is your friend--follow his advice
Keep your teeth clean and looking nice.
