A non-profit, tax-exempt organization dedicated to scientific research, education, and protection of our natural resources.
A wonderful vareity of unique Florida Marine Life. There are hundreds of live wet and wriggling marine vertebrates, fish and algae from the Gulf of Mexico in our ever changing exhibits. Live sharks, sting rays, moray eels, and sometimes octopuses, sea horses and much more. many species can be seen no where else.
PICK UP
Sea squirts, cucumbers, starfish and live sea shells from our numerous touch tanks and pools. 30,000 gallons of water under roof.
WATCH
Marine Biologists on weekdays packing live marine animals, crabs, flaming red and yellow sponges, sea anemones and sea horses to be shipped to schools and research centers.
