part, [her agent], or representative, the party of [the second] part agree to pay all legal [missing fragment] by the party of the first part, her agent or representative, and that all time lost by the said party of the second part shall be deducted from their wages at the rate of seventy-five cents per day for all such lost time to be divided at the same ratio of crops. In case of the violations of these articles or any of them without good cause, the party of the second part so offending shall be discharged and forfeit so much of what might be due him or her as a board of arbitration shall determine. In consideration whereof the party of the first part for herself, her executors, and administrators doth hereby covenant and agree to furnish the laborers included in this agreement with houses to live in during the continuance of this agreement, also will give to them the following rations from week viz. : 3 ½ [?] lbs.
