to the same - & further contract to faithfully, honestly & diligently apply himself to any kind of work as directed from daylight till dark with the accustomed hours for meals allowed & for lost time. Said Edmond Porter is to furnish the proper amount of work or have a deduction of 50 cts per day from his wages & for gross neglect or violation of the above agreements C.B.
